We are getting closer to our fantastic voyage! For those who have not paid in full, please use the payment schedule below for the remaining payments on the trip. All prices are per person. EVERYONE MUST BE PAID IN FULL NO LATER THAN 8/15/2024.

Ashanti Tour Link Request
You will receive a link to pay Ashanti Tours on or around the 8th of each month for payment as posted above. If you missed the previous month your amount will be doubled. For instance, if you missed the March 2024 payment. Your portal link will request $600 for April 2023. This is an effort to stabilize your payments over the year. If you need an adjustment to the amount for more or less, please send your request to Contact@ColemanFamilyTrip.com
DELTA AIRLINES NOTES
PLEASE NOTE: I will be calling Delta Airlines and making one single payment only on the dates specified. Payments received by that date will be credited. Payments made after that date will go to Delta the following month so please plan to increase the amount for any missed month. Make DELTA payments through ColemanFamilyTrip.com only. Your name will be associated with the payment and attributed to Delta accordingly. RECOMMENDATION: there is still time to buy your Delta tickets directly from the airline, and I recommend that you do so. Let me know once you have bought your ticket, and I will then reassign your flight downpayment ($120) to Ashanti Tours to reduce th tour balance.
PASSPORTS
It can take up to 12 weeks for passport renewal so do it now. Please also note that your passports must be valid for 6 months after our return, in on 12/1/2024. Therefore, if your passport expires before 6/2/2025, you too need to have your passport renewed, so please start now.
VISA APPLICATION- $250
AUGUST 30- All passports must be renewed, updated and the photo page emailed to me by 08/30/24 so that the tour company can send our letters in for Visa Applications Send to Contact@colemanfamilytrip.com
YELLOW FEVER VACCINE- Check with your insurance provider $176-395 per person + office visit
SEPTEMBER 15- Make an appointment at your primary care (per insurance) or a local travel clinic approximately $395. YELLOW FEVER VACCINE You must get this vaccine at a travel clinic and be issued a yellow fever vaccine certificate or a letter of exception from a licensed travel physician. Check Google for passport clinics in your area.
T-SHIRTS SWEATSHIRTS AND BAGS

PAYMENT INFORMATION and deadlines
ASHANTI TOURS: Deposit of $400.00 USD per person to secure your trip IS DUE BY 2/4/24. Final payment due by AUGUST 15, 2024. The most efficient way of making payments is to wire the funds into their account but you can also pay using your personal credit card . I will email the wire information to anyone needing it and not post it here for safety and security. Alternatively, if you would like to pay installment please let us know via contact@colemanfamilytrip.com and they will forward a portal to you directly with a the link to pay.
DELTA AIRLINES-PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 15, 2024. PAYMENTS MUST BE MAID VIA this COLEMAN FAMILY TRIP website . They do not allow individual payments to them through group bookings. Keep all of your payment receipts and confirmations.
